Restaurant Le XIX

Restaurant Le XIX is a traditional yet modern restaurant and bar offering French cuisine by Chef Stephane Colliet, formerly of The Waterside Inn (working for Michel Roux). The kitchen is open to the dining room so guests can see Chef in action. Le XIX restaurant is listed in the Swiss Michelin Guide 2017. There is also a private room ideal for parties to enjoy Swiss classics such as Raclette or Fondue. Views from the terrace are spectacular overlooking the Seve Ballesteros golf course
